Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world. We do not deliver to packing stations.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:
- per parcel 0-3kg=10,23€
- per parcel 3-5kg=11,36€
- per parcel 5-10kg=15,29€
- per parcel 10-20kg=20,77€
- per parcel 20-31kg=23,74€

Cost of shipping the orders heavier than 70kg, or not suitable for parcel shipping, will be calculated by us after your order and communicated to you. We reserve the right to split shipments at our discretion to ensure a smooth process.

For delivery to German islands, an island surcharge of €25.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
For the shipment of bulky goods parcel shipping: €24.00 per package (will be recalculated manually).
For the shipment of bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:(will be recalculated manually).
Forwarding shipment for goods that cannot be sent as parcels within Germany:

- Orders weight 0 - 10kg = 150,00 €
- Orders weight 10kg - 20kg = 200,00 €
- Orders weight 20kg - 50kg = 250,00 €

For freight forwarding outside of Germany send us your request.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

EUROPE

Zone 1: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands*, Austria, Denmark*, Czech: up to 3kg - €17,85, up tp 15kg - €20,23, up to 31,5kg - €22,61

Zone 2: France*, Monaco: up to 3kg - €17,85, up to 15kg - €20,23, up to 31,5kg - €22,61

Zone 3: Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Iceland: up to 3kg - €59,50, up to 15kg - €65,45, up to 31,5kg - €71,40

Zone 4: Great Britain**, Switzerland incl. custom clearance: up to 3kg - €65,45, up to 15kg - €78,54, up to 31,5kg - €92,82

Zone 5: Slovakia, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden, Poland: up to 3kg - €29,75, up to 15kg - €31,13, up to 31,5kg - €35,70

Zone 6: Spain, Portugal (without islands): up to 3kg - €35,70, up to 15kg - €38,08, up to 31,5kg - €41,65

Zone 7: Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: up to 3kg - €41,65, up to 15kg - €47,60, up to 31,5kg - €53,55

Zone 8: Liechtenstein incl. custom clearance: up to 3kg - €47,60, up to 15kg - €53,55, up to 31,5kg - €59,50

Zone 9: Norway incl. custom clearance (island surcharge +75,00 € will be calculated manually): up to 3kg - €72,59, up to 15kg - €78,54, up to 31,5kg - €85,68

Zone 10: Ireland: up to 3kg - €41,65, up to 15kg - €47,60, up to 31,5kg - €53,55

Zone 11: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia*: up to 3kg - €59,50, up to 15kg - €65,45, up to 31,5kg - €71,40

We reserve the right to make errors and price adjustments

From a net order value of 500 euros we charge a higher insurance in the amount of 10.00 euros (up to a par value of 2,500 euros)

The following countries / areas are served exclusively by air freight: Andorra (AD), Gibraltar (GI), Canary Islands (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES)

* Netherlands and France without overseas territories, Denmark without Greenland and Faroe Islands, Serbia without Kosovo, Italy including Vatican City

** Island surcharges apply to the British Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey

Shipping to other countries of the world not listed in the shipping costs module is only possible after consultation, as customs or island surcharges may apply! Please ask for the shipping costs for your country by email!

All island surcharges are calculated manually. It is possible that the prices calculated in the shop may differ from the costs actually incurred. We reserve the right to correct the shipping costs!

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

The minimum order value is: 30 €.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only for registered clients.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
